From 28.08 at smartbank.kz you can order the following types of statements:
- account statement;
- refinancing certificate;
- current and savings account statements;
- certificate of loan indebtedness and working capital statement;
- application for issuance of duplicate documents (copies of loan agreement, repayment schedule, insurance agreement and others).
To order a statement you need:
- Go to the smartbank.kz site and login.
- Go to the “Applications” section and open the “Order an account statement” subsection.
- Select the statement and fill in the required fields.
The function in the Smartbank application is expected in the near future.
