From 27.11 in the Smartbank mobile application you can order the following types of references:
- reference of account availability
- current and savings account references;
- reference of turnover ;
- refinancing reference
- references about loan indebtedness and absence of loan indebtedness
- application for issuance of duplicate documents (copies of loan agreement, repayment schedule, insurance agreement and others).
To order a reference you need:
- Upgrade Smartbank application to 2.1.188.649 version
- Open the “Services” subsection in Smartbank
- Select the necessary reference and fill in the required fields.
The same function in the Smartbank application for mobile devices on iOS platform is expected in the near future.
