Repei Vitaliy Nikolayevich elected as a member of Eurasian bank board of directors

Eurasian Bank (hereinafter — “the Bank”) informs that by decision of Eurasian Financal Company JSC, the sole shareholder of the Bank, dated 1 March 2019, the Board of Directors has been increased to 6 people.
Repei Vitaliy Nikolayevich was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors — Independent Director.
Therefore, as of 1 March 2019 the composition of the Board of Directors includes 6 persons:
Mashkevich Aleksandr Antonovich – the Chairman of the Board of Directors;
Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich – a member of the Board of Directors;
Loginov Pavel Vyacheslavovich – a member of the Board of Directors;
Kim Inessa Cher-Khvanovna – a member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director;
Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich – a member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director;
Repei Vitaliy Nikolayevich – a member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director.
