Starting 1 November, Eurasian Bank Outlets in Almaty Work 2 Hours Longer

Eurasian Bank informs that from 1 November 2019, it switches to a new mode and serves customers from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
The changes will affect only Almaty so far. In the future, if the experience is successful, it will be implemented in other regions of Kazakhstan.
The reason for transition to the new work schedule was numerous requests of Almaty customers.
“Our task is to become better every day for our customers, many of whom are more comfortable resolving personal financial issues after work. And taking into account the intense city traffic and traffic jams, the new format of the Bank work will make Almaty customers’ life a lot easier,” said Vitaliy Indin, Customer Experience Managing Director.
VIP Outlets and Outlets in shopping and entertainment centers continue to operate in the previous mode. The procedure for servicing legal entities has not changed.
