Composition of Eurasian Bank Board of Directors changed

Eurasian Bank (hereinafter — the Bank) informs on early termination of the authority of Member of the Board of Directors Loginov Pavel Vyacheslavovich from 24 June 2019.
Loginov Pavel Vyacheslavovich was in the position of the Chairman of the Management Board and Member of the Board of Directors since December 2016.
The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to Loginov Pavel Vyacheslavovich for the work done and wishes him further success in his professional activities.
Therefore, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank includes five persons:
Mashkevich Aleksandr Antonovich — The Chairman of the Board of Directors;
Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich — Member of the Board of Directors;
Kim Inessa Cher-Khvanovna — Member of the Board of Directors — Independent Director;
Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich — Member of the Board of Directors — Independent Director;
Repey Vitaliy Nikolayevich — Member of the Board of Directors — Independent Director.
