By the decision of Eurasian Financial Company, the sole shareholder of the Bank, the powers of a member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director of Eurasian Bank JSC Kim Inessa Cher-Khvanovna were prematurely terminated from 12 June 2023.

By another shareholder’s decision, the quantitative composition of the Board of Directors was reduced to 4 people.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors Aleksandr Mashkevich noted the significant contribution of Inessa Cher-Khvanovna Kim to the formation and development of the Bank and thanked her for many years of joint work.

Thus, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC has been represented since 12 June 2023 by the following composition:

Aleksandr Mashkevich, Chairman of the Board of Directors;

Shukhrat Ibragimov, Member of the Board of Directors;

Zhanbota Bekenov, Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director;

Vitaly Repey, member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director.
