By decision of the shareholder Eurasian Financial Company JSC, Shodiyeva Munisa Patokhovna is elected as a new Member of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC, at the same time Nurushev Arman Zhakypbekovich is elected as Independent Director – Member of the Board of Directors.

The same decision dated 2 October 2024 early terminated the powers of Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich. Members of the Board of Directors expressed their gratitude to him for his contribution to the strategic development of the Bank.

The composition of the Board of Directors of the bank from 3 October 2024 is determined in the number of five persons and is represented as follows:

Machkevitch Aleksander Antonovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors;

Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich – Member of the Board of Directors;

Shodiyeva Munisa Patokhovna — Member of the Board of Directors;

Repey Vitaliy Nikolayevich — Independent Director — Member of the Board of Directors;

Nurushev Arman Zhakypbekovich — Independent Director — Member of the Board of Directors.
