Maximum guarantee amount:
3 million tenge.
Maximum credit line size at its opening:
10 million tenge.
Risk fee:
8% of a guarantee amount, minimum 40,000 tenge (debited when a guarantee is issued).

Commission for issuing a guarantee:

Customer requirements:
1. Execution of similar contracts (at least 3 contracts with the Executed status on the RoK public procurement website (goszakup.gov.kz).
2. Availability of not less than 1 valid contract on the RoK public procurement website (goszakup.gov.kz) (in addition to the contract under which the guarantee issue is required), with the residual value of works/services/goods not less than the amount of the requested guarantee and the term not less than the term of the requested guarantee.
3. Availability of a current account in the Bank specified in the public procurement contract.
4. Absence of overdue liabilities on current/closed loans for the last year – more than 30 calendar days, for the last 24 months – more than 60 calendar days, according to the credit bureau report.
