Starting from 1 July 2025, holders of Visa Infinite premium cards have access to a new service — free transfer from Almaty International Airport. The service is provided upon prior reservation and includes a meeting with a nameplate, assistance with luggage and a trip in a comfortable business class car to any point within the city.

How does the service work?
To book a transfer, it is enough to send a request in advance via the Visa Concierge chatbot. The car arrives on time and is waiting at the airport with a driver who is ready to help with luggage and provide comfort on the road.

Who can access the service?
Visa Infinite card holders are allowed 6 trips per year.

How to book a transfer:
1. Log in to the Visa Concierge chatbot.
2. Select the Airport Transfer section.
3. Read the terms and confirm them.
4. Link a Visa card and check the availability of the service.
5. Specify: date and time, flight number, number of passengers and baggage, as well as the text for the nameplate (if required).

The offer is valid until 30 September 2025.

The service is provided upon prior reservation at least 2 hours before the pick-up of the car.

Attention! A free transfer from Almaty Airport is available for purchases starting from 300,000 tenge per month using a Visa Infinite card.
