We remind you that when driving a pledged car by third parties, you should obtain permission from the Bank. The Bank is a pledge holder.
To get a certificate for adding third parties to the CASCO insurance contract:
1. Contact Eurasian Bank Branch in your city with an identity card and technical passport. The presence of third parties with originals of identity cards is also required.
2. Fill out the application and give it to the Bank employee.
3. Get a certificate – permission for driving your car by third parties for the administrative police and the insurance company. The Bank provides these documents for free.
In the absence of this certificate, you will be denied insurance payment in the event of an insured event.

Now it remains only to remove the encumbrance from the movable property in the administrative police.
To remove the encumbrance:
1. Contact Eurasian Bank Outlet in your city. Do not forget to take the original identity card and a certificate of registration of the vehicle (Technical passport).
2. Fill out the application in free form and give it to the Bank employee.
3. Receive a letter of encumbrance removal for the administrative police and the original certificate of state registration of the movable property pledge. The Bank provides these documents for free.
4. Submit the received documents to the police. Do not forget the originals of your identity card and technical passport.
