Account Reservation

Urgently need account details? Use the Reservation of a settlement account service.

Reservation of a settlement account is provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, information about which is contained in the Tax Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The service is available only to new Bank customers.

During the reservation period (5 business days), one customer can submit only one application for reservation of up to 4 settlement accounts (including in foreign currency) within the same city. Applications for account reservation in other cities are allowed.

The reserved account should be opened within 5 business days from the date of reservation by providing a set of documents required for opening a current account in any Bank Outlet in the city specified in the application. If during the reservation period the current account is not opened, the reserved account number is archived and a repeated application is required to retrieve it.

The reserved current account number is for informational purposes only. During the reservation period (until the account is opened in the established manner), the Bank does not accept funds for subsequent crediting to the reserved account, and does not perform other operations and transactions on this account.

The Bank shall not give guarantee opening a reserved account and is entitled to refuse to open an account for a customer if there is a valid decision of the tax/customs/judicial authority to suspend transactions on customer accounts and/or if the Bank has information on conducting transactions within the aims of legalization (laundering) of illegally obtained incomes, or the financing of terrorism.

The current Bank fees shall apply for opening a current account.
