Credit line term:
up to twelve (12) months
Overdraft period:
up to thirty (30) calendar days
Credit limit/overdraft maximum amount:
up to 50% of an average monthly NCT on the customer’s accounts at the Bank and/or STB, depending on the account validity period
Availability period:
up to eleven (11) months/expiry 10 calendar days before the credit line end
Interest rate:
by a decision of the Authorized Body of the Bank
Collateral:
Guarantee of full joint and several liability of business owners;
Fee:
For provision of a tranche under the credit line – 0.3% of a tranche amount.
Requirements for the customer/business:
1. Absence on the customer’s bank account(s) opened with the Bank of a file of payment documents not paid in time, encumbrances (arrests)/temporary restriction on disposal of money (property)/suspension of debit transactions by third parties having such right in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. The customer has no current overdue debts on taxes and other obligatory payments to the state budget;
3. The customer has no current overdue debt to the Bank/STB;
4. The customer/company has no overdue payments of thirty (30) or more calendar days in the last twelve (12) months, and sixty (60) months.
