Loan amount
from 150, 000 to 20 million tenge for Astana, Almaty (and their suburban areas within the boundaries established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Aktau, Atyrau, Shymkent;
from 150, 000 to 16 (sixteen) million tenge – for Karaganda, Turkestan;
from 150, 000 to 12 (twelve) million tenge – for other regions.

7% per annum (AERR from 7.2% per annum)*
Downpayment
20% of the pledged security cost. At the borrower’s initiative, a downpayment of over 20% is allowed.
The Bank provides loans to customers – employees of companies, participating in the Bank’s payroll projects; other company employees – holders of payroll cards, or upon provision of a document confirming transfer of payroll by the employer to the customer account with the Bank, as well as to other customers within the internal requirements of the Bank.

Obligatory citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The borrower’s and co-borrower’s/guarantor’s age - above 21 years of age, and by the date of termination of the bank loan agreement should not exceed the retirement age established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Income confirmation is required
The borrower has no outstanding debt on loans for purchase, construction or repair of housing
The borrower has no housing within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the ownership right, except: - rooms in shared households with a usable area of less than 15 square meters per family member; - residential buildings in unfit condition, threatening to fail (collapse), which is confirmed by an appropriate certificate from the local executive body at the location of this housing.
