The operator of the preferential car loan program, the Industry Development Fund, announced the launch of the autonesie.kz pilot platform for acceptance of applications for participation in the preferential car loan program, where the customer can get a place in the electronic queue. The electronic queue will start on 6 February 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

For more details on how to apply online, please visit the autonesie.kz operator’s platform. If the application is approved on the autonesie.kz platform and you receive an invoice for payment at the dealership, you can contact Eurasian Bank to apply for a loan. Electronic queue is not regulated by the Bank.

The process of obtaining a preferential car loan:

1) Registration on the autonesie.kz website, by IIN and via an EDS-key.

2) Receiving an invoice for payment at the dealership.

3) Submission of invoice for payment to the Bank and submission of application.

4) Approval and receipt of guarantee letter from the Bank.

5) Signing the sales contract and paying the downpayment, if required.

6) Registration of the car and reception of the license plate and the technical passport.

7) Car delivery.

If rejected, the loan cannot be applied to other persons. Funds from rejected applications will be carried over to the next month when the portal is reopened.
