We are keen to share this joyful news with you. From 10 May 2017 a new version of the SmartBank mobile application will be available for smartphones on the Android Operating System.

 

The new version of the application has features:

– Touch ID;

– Display of current exchange rates;

– Transfers between sub-accounts of a multi-currency card;

– Transfers to corporate accounts and other.

In addition, the application design has a new look. It was developed based on customer feedback, consistent with the current Google trends.

 

How do you install the new application?

Starting from 10 May, you can follow the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.monitisecreate.eubank.smartbank&hl=ru (SmartBank mobile application) in Google Play and press “Update”.

 

Important!

After the application has been updated, your previously installed pass-code will be invalid. For the first log-in you will need to use your login and password. After the first log-in with your username and password, you will be able to install a new pass-code and / or fingerprint log-in.

 

What to do if you forgot your password?

You can:

  • Contact the support team at:

7722 – free from a mobile phone throughout Kazakhstan,

+7 (727) 259-95-52 – from a landline phone.

After the identification, you will receive an SMS-message with a temporary password, which you need to change when you log-in for the first time.

  • Receive a new temporary password in any Eurasian Bank ATM, if the plastic card is available. To receive a new temporary password, you need to select the Change Password section in SmartBank menu. Login and a new temporary password will be printed on a slip.
  • Contact Bank outlet with your identity document.

After the identification, you will receive an SMS-message with a temporary password, which you need to change when you log-in for the first time. Manager can provide you with the login as well.
