Mastercard Premium cardholders are given a unique opportunity to use free Internet roaming services through the Flexiroam app. Now the Flexiroam app has become even more convenient to use, allowing you to stay connected around the world at no additional cost.

Instructions for using Flexiroam:

1.  Download the Flexiroam app and install;
2. Log in/Register;
3. Enter your Mastercard card details to confirm participation in the program;
4. Go to the Account section and select My SIM;
5. In the My SIM section, select Global eSIM and click Install;
6. Follow the instructions on your smartphone to complete the eSIM activation;
7. Follow the instructions on your smartphone and confirm the activation of the new eSIM by clicking Allow;
8. During or after the installation is complete, for ease of use, you can choose a name for your new eSIM, for example FlexiRoam;
9. Make sure that Flexiroam eSIM is activated and selected as the main connection profile in the smartphone settings;
10. Go to the Account section and select My plans;
11. Click on the selected data package. Activate the data package instantly or select a suitable date for activation;
12. If you need help from the FlexiRoam team, then go to the Help Center section or click on the appropriate icon for the request;
13. Choose the appropriate communication method.
