Starting from 1 March 2025, we introduce a number of changes to the bonus program. The main goal of the innovations is to provide customers with the opportunity to earn more bonuses from everyday purchases.

What are the changes?

1. Bonuses for tokenized contactless purchases (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Garmin pay)*
Bonuses are accrued by the new system, which depends on a customer’s non-cash turnover in each past month.

Instead of the previously established 2% bonus, customers can now earn up to 3% for each purchase:

— If your non-cash turnover on bank payment cards last month amounted to 150, 000 tenge, this month you earn 1% bonuses.
— With a turnover of 150, 001 to 300, 000 tenge, the bonus is 2%.
— If your turnover exceeds 300, 000 tenge, you receive 3% bonuses.

2. Birthday bonus
The birthday bonus now has a monthly limit of 100, 000 tenge, in addition to the standard monthly limits on payment cards.

3. Online shopping
We strive to support modern payment technologies for customers — through Apple Pay/Samsung Pay/Google Pay.
Therefore, the bonus for online purchases is suspended when paying using the payment card details.

4. Cancellation of bonuses by some cards and packages
Bonuses are discontinued for archived payment cards and packages: Vanilla, Children’s Card, Visa Platinum, Mastercard Standard and Visa Classic. Thus, we wish to provide an opportunity for customers to take advantage of all the privileges of the current product line of the Bank card products.

We are confident that the innovations create the most favorable and convenient conditions for customers who trust us and actively use our cards.

At the same time, bonuses for deposit balances up to 2% and for favorite categories up to 30% are accrued unchanged. In total, customers still can earn up to 35% of bonuses.
