Starting from 1 March 2025, monthly loan payment is available only with a Eurasian Bank card in the Smartbank mobile app.

You can top up your Eurasian Bank card from another bank card using the Smartbank mobile app.

To do this:

1. Log in to the app.

2. Select your card and click Top up your card

3. In the Transfer to your account section, select the field with the card number in the From field.

4. Enter the card number, expiration month/year, and CVV.

5. Check in the Where To field whether the card is selected correctly and click Transfer.

6. In the window that opens, check the transfer amount and click Confirm.

7. Wait for the 3D Secure one-time password to be received, enter it and click Send.

After that, you can make the monthly loan repayment with a Eurasian Bank card.

If you do not have a Eurasian Bank card, you can issue it at any Bank Outlet or in the Smartbank mobile app.

You can still make a monthly payment through the cash desk at Eurasian Bank Outlet or Kazpost, as well as through the Kassa 24 terminals. No fee shall pay to the service.
