Clients have the right to visit a Bank Branch and submit in writing or in the manner provided for by the Bank loan agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement), an application for regulating non-performing debts/amendments to the terms of the agreement, specifying the reasons for the delay in fulfilling the obligation, with the attachment of supporting documents about the circumstances (facts).
The Bank considers the appeal within the time limits established in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities”, and informs the borrower in writing or in the manner provided for by the agreement about the Bank’s decision.
