As we have informed previously, on 30 December 2015 Eurasian Bank JSC purchased 100% shares of BankPositiv Kazakhstan JSC (Bank Hapoalim B.M. Subsidiary).
Later, in compliance with the state reregistration at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, BankPositiv Kazakhstan JSC (Bank Hapoalim B.M. Subsidiary) has been renamed as EU Bank JSC (Eurasian Bank JSC Subsidiary).
On 3 May 2016 Eurasian Bank JSC received the permit of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for voluntary reorganization in the form of acquisition of the Subsidiary to Eurasian Bank (hereinafter – Reorganization).
As part of Reorganization, on 3 May 2016 Subsidiary and the Bank signed a transfer act, whereunder all property, rights and liabilities of Subsidiary have been transferred to the Bank.
Based on the foregoing, we inform the creditors that the Bank JSC is responsible for all claims to Subsidiary as its legal successor.
Reorganization will not result in the change of legal structure, location, license and essential details of the Bank, as well as it will not result in changes of the parties, forms and content of the Bank’s relations with the depositors, customers, correspondents and borrowers of the Bank.
If the creditors have not received written notification with the attachment of the act, the creditors can get such notification at 56, Kunayev St., Almaty. Please bring the documents verifying your identity, a power of attorney (if you are a representative of a creditor), and the documents confirming that the person who would like to study the transfer act is a creditor of Subsidiary or the Bank.
