Since 1 October 2024 Customer Support Center has become available for holders of Mastercard premium cards in Kazakhstan. Thanks to this service customers can get free advice on Mastercard products, services and special offers in Russian and English languages.
The service is available via all popular messengers: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, as well as by phone and email. Live communication with a consultant is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
How to use Customer Support Center?
1. Go to the link on your cell phone
2. Select your preferred messenger or phone number/e-mail address.
3. Write a question (for example, where can I see the list of Fast Track lounges/zones? Why was I denied when trying to enter the Lounge/Fast Track, etc.)?
IMPORTANT: Concierge Service continues to fulfill its function and assist customers with routine inquiries (ticketing, hotel selection, etc.) as well as provide answers to general questions related to card privileges.
