A popular request from customers to the Bank has been expansion of the work schedule of Outlets and Branch in Almaty. Therefore, from 1 November 2019, Eurasian Bank switches to a new mode and serves customers from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

“Our task is to become better every day for our customers, many of whom are more comfortable resolving personal financial issues after work. And taking into account the intense city traffic and traffic jams, the new format of the Bank work will make Almaty customers’ life a lot easier,” said Vitaliy Indin, Customer Experience Managing Director.

The changes will affect only Almaty so far. In the future, if the experience is successful, it will be implemented in other regions of Kazakhstan.

VIP Outlets and Outlets in shopping and entertainment centers continue to operate in the previous mode, which has already been expanded and for the Outlets in shopping and entertainment centers depends on the work schedule of a shopping center. The procedure for servicing legal entities has not changed.
