Since 1 February, the Smartbank mobile app is no longer available for download and use.
Smartbank was providing basic digital services to customers for several years, and more than 2,500,000 customers have used it, conducting more than 70,000,000 digital transactions.
Since 2010, Smartbank was an important part of the development of the Bank remote channels. However, the architectural and functional limitations of the old app no longer allowed us to maintain the required level of scalability, speed of development, and quality of customer experience.
Almost a year ago, on 6 February 2025, the new Eurasian Bank mobile app was launched, which is now the Bank’s only mobile customer service channel.
To date, the new mobile app has been functioning successfully and is showing stable results:
- 620,000 registered users;
- 470,000 users visit the app per month;
- 1,500,000 transactions are conducted per month;
- NPS (net promoter score) reached 64% (historical maximum);
- Top 5 in the Apple Store in the RoK in the Finance category with a rating from 3.7 to 4.2.
The new app has added services:
- Push notification service for card transactions and notifications for other banking products;
- An extract for all products is available online and with PDF download + a clear bonus statement: you can see how many bonuses are expected to be credited, etc.;
- It is more convenient to manage frequent transfers and payments: transactions are saved, they can be renamed/repeated/deleted from frequent;
- Fast online product opening with the possibility to view conditions and statuses for current products;
Note: The SWIFT transfer service is temporarily unavailable in the new mobile app (it is already under development).
The Eurasian Bank app is the result of collaboration and an important step in the development of the Bank digital channels.
