In the Eurasian Bank Smartbank app, now there are three accounts, designed to collect charitable assistance to victims of a natural disaster. They are placed in the Charitable Contributions section.

The first of them, the Biz Birgemiz Qazaqstan Public Foundation, was established in 2020. The fund provided assistance to Kazakhstanis during the COVID-19 pandemic, helped victims of emergency situations in Arys, and fires in Semey. Currently, the fund needs funds to purchase and rent equipment in all regions affected by the floods: generators, pumps, inflatable boats, large motorboats, lanterns, shovels, bags.

The second one is the Atyrau Corporate Social Development Fund, created by the Akimat of Atyrau Region to accept donations to help victims of the floods and work to eliminate the consequences.

The third account is designated as the Qamkor-Aqtobe 2024 Public Fund, created by the Akimat of Aktobe Region to eliminate the consequences of flooding and support Kazakhstanis affected by the disaster. Eurasian Bank sent a donation to this fund in the amount of 200 million tenge.

To transfer a donation to one of these accounts, you need to log in to the Smartbank app, go to the Payments section, and then to Charitable Contributions and select one of these funds.
