Starting from 15 January 2024, Eurasian Bank provides customers with the opportunity to open a Visa Signature payment card using the Payroll Smartcard and New_salary card products.

Now, with the support of the Visa International international payment system, Visa Signature cardholders can get the following for free:

– visiting the business halls of Lounge Key airports around the world ten times a year (with monthly expenses at merchants in the amount of at least 150,000 tenge);

– full travel insurance outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

– concierge service (around the clock, from anywhere in the world).

Please note that access to the Lounge Key airport business lounges is provided only if a payment card is actually available. In some cases, a passport and boarding pass are additionally requested.

As part of the current fee changes, from 15 January 2024, Auto Card and Eco Card holders can, completely free of charge:

– change the PIN code or reset the PIN code counter;

– block a lost/stolen card;

– get information about the last 10 transactions at a Eurasian Bank ATM.
