Eurasian Bank paid off the principal debt and the accrued interest on it to borrowers from the group of socially vulnerable citizens within the framework of state support, and starting 8 September, it begins to pay the compensatory amounts to those customers who have previously repaid the loan themselves (overpayment).

According to Presidential Decree dated 26 June 2019 No. 34 “On measures to reduce the debt burden of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the state repays the principal debt and the accrued interest in the total amount of up to 300,000 tenge as of the loan on 1 June 2019. If the borrower has paid off the debt on his own from 1 June 2019 to 30 August 2019, he may contact the Bank Outlet and receive the remaining funds due to him.

In order to avoid queues and ensure comfortable provision of services, Eurasian Bank Outlets will work on the day-off – 8 September. Please see the list and addresses of the Outlets at eubank.kz.

The Bank will invite each borrower to a specific Outlet individually via SMS, starting from 8 September 2019. The Bank shall not limit borrowers by the time of receipt – you may pick up the overpayment at any time, starting from 8 September.
