Eurasian Bank expresses its sympathy to the Kazakhstan people affected by the floods and wishes them a speedy recovery from the consequences of the natural disaster.

Taking into account the current situation, the Bank announces the granting of a deferral to customers — individuals and legal entities — for payments up to three months without accrual of fines and penalties.

To obtain a deferral, individuals must apply online via the link, or contact any Bank outlet or branch to submit a written application.

To obtain a deferral, legal entities must submit an application online in the RBS system or contact any Bank outlet or branch to submit a written application.

When the borrower applies to a Bank outlet or branch, it is required to present an identity card (for individuals), documents confirming authority (for legal entities) and documents confirming damage caused by floods.
