Press Release, Almaty, 27 May 2019 Eurasian Bank (hereinafter – the Bank) as of 20 May 2019 under the 7-20-25: New Home Buying Opportunities For Every Family and Market Mortgage Product (hereinafter – Baspana Hit) state mortgage programs received 208 applications for the amount of 2, 382, 451, 742 tenge, of which 92 applications have already been approved for the amount of 1, 081, 717, 048 tenge. Both programs are in high demand due to beneficial conditions. The most active customer activity is observed in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Aktobe, Shymkent. From 15 February 2019, Eurasian Bank accepts applications under the 7-20-25 and Baspana Hit state mortgage programs in the Bank Branches / Outlets in 20 cities of Kazakhstan.
The terms of the 7-20-25 Program:
1. Interest rate: 7% (AERR from 7.2% per annum).
2. Downpayment: 20% of housing cost.
3. The loan term: up to 25 years.
4. The maximal housing price: 25 million tenge for Almaty, Nur-Sultan (and their suburban areas within the limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Aktau, Atyrau and Shymkent; 15 million — for other regions.
5. The loan purpose: purchase of primary housing.
6. Fees for loan issuance and servicing: not provided.
7. Real estate insurance: unavailable.
8. The borrower’s absence of housing on the right of ownership in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The terms of the Baspana Hit Program:
1. Interest rate: base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + 175 basis points (10.75% as of a current date) (AERR from 11.3% per annum as of a current date).
2. Downpayment: not less 20% of housing cost.
3. The loan term: up to 15 years.
4. The maximal housing price: 25 million tenge for Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Aktau, Atyrau; 15 million — for other regions.
5. The loan purpose: purchase of primary or secondary housing.
6. Fees for loan issuance — absent, loan servicing — provided, according to the Bank fees (see at eubank.kz — About Bank — Fees).
7. Real estate insurance: mandatory.

The following requirements are imposed on the borrower:
1. Availability of documented income (experience of at least 6 months at the last place of work).
2. Absence of the borrower’s/co-borrower’s outstanding debt under the 7-20-25 program and other mortgage housing loans.
3. Maximal number of co-borrowers/guarantors: not more than 3 individuals.
4. According to the Bank lending policy, lending shall not be provided to persons with a negative credit history, in the presence of current outstanding arrears and outstanding loan debts to the collection company.
