Astana, 31 July 2025 — Eurasian Bank has announced the launch of the country’s first end-to-end digital loan for the purchase of a new car, where all stages of registration — from applying to registration and obtaining license plates — are fully online. The Eurasian Drive Project was implemented in partnership with Allur, the Kazakhstani automobile company.

On average, the process takes no more than an hour from the moment of choosing a car at a car dealership.  Until now, online registration in Kazakhstan has been available only for used cars in transactions between motorists. Buyers of new cars had to provide the PSC with a package of paper documents for the initial registration of the car.

With the support of the MDDIAI, MIA, Government for Citizens NCJSC and NIT JSC, integrations were performed and a process was built in which Auto Loan is the first truly end-to-end digital process, which reduces the time for a car purchase to a minimum and simplifies customer interaction with the Bank, car dealer and government agencies.

“Together with our partners, we have simplified the purchase of a car to a three-in-one format: choosing a car in the showroom, applying for a loan and obtaining a technical passport without paperwork and bureaucracy. Everything is online for no more than an hour. For us, as market leaders, the launch of a new generation of loan is a natural step in the development of digital services and a new industry standard for convenience, speed and security. Eurasian Drive meets all government requirements and ensures full transparency. We will be glad if other market participants follow us,” said Lyazzat Satiyeva, CEO of Eurasian Bank.

The registration procedure includes several automated steps. After choosing a car at the dealership, the manager enters the client’s personal data into the system. All that is needed is the IIN and phone number, as well as the car’s parameters and the amount of the downpayment. After receiving approval for financing, all documents and contracts between the client, the Bank and the car dealership are signed online using EDS, and the initial payment can be made by card or at the car dealership’s cash desk.

After the transaction is confirmed, a digital package of documents is automatically generated and car registration is initiated. During this stage, the client selects a registration number (including VIP) in the system, pays the state fee, passes identification and submits an application to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also issues a bank deposit for the car. The data sheet is instantly displayed in digital documents. You can pick up the original license plates and documents at a convenient time without waiting in line at the special PSC.
