Eurasian Bank began to support production of cars
The largest car manufacturer in Kazakhstan, SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP, jointly with Eurasian Bank launched the assembly of KIA models at the plant in Kostanay. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Askar Mamin took part in the launch ceremony of the new production line.
Being the leader in the retail car lending market, Eurasian Bank now supports the production of cars in Kazakhstan. Within the framework of a three-year credit line in the amount of 30 billion tenge, opened in 2020, the Bank finances SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP for the purchase of car kits for Chevrolet and KIA car makes.
“The demand for cars of domestic assembly in the country is constantly growing. Two of the three cars purchased on credit were produced in Kazakhstan. The Bank’s support for the production of cars will make them even more affordable for Kazakhstanis,” said the Bank CEO Mr. Valentin Morozov.
SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP is the first production site in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan that has launched the production of passenger cars using the completely knocked down method (CKD), as well as the production of all types of vehicles. The product line is represented by the following brands: KIA, JAC, Chevrolet, Niva Chevrolet, Ankai and MAN. Dealerships are present in all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The plant’s capacity is about 75 thousand cars per year.
