Almaty, 11 August 2025 — Eurasian Financial Company, the sole shareholder of Eurasian Bank, approved changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the financial institution.

By the decision of the shareholder, the powers of Aleksandr Antonovich Mashkevich, Member of the Eurasian Bank Board of Directors, were terminated due to his death in March 2025. Since 1998, Aleksandr Antonovich Mashkevich had headed the Board of Directors and made a key contribution to the formation and development of the Bank.

By another shareholder’s decision, Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich Bekenov was re-elected as Member of the Board of Directors. Yerlan Ryskhanovich Musin was elected as a new Independent Director to the Board of Directors.

Zhanbota Bekenov is a recognized expert in financial audit and accounting in Kazakhstan. Previously, Mr. Bekenov was already a Member of the Eurasian Bank Board of Directors as the Independent Director from 2018 to 2024.

Yerlan Musin is a professional financier and analyst, a certified member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACCA, UK) since 2001. He has extensive experience in consulting and auditing in various industries, including oil and gas, telecommunications, and banking.

The shareholder approved the following composition of the Eurasian Bank Board of Directors:

Ibragimov Shukhrat Alidzhanovich;

Repey Vitaliy Nikolayevich (Independent Director);

Nurushev Arman Zhakypbekovich (Independent Director);

Yerlan Musin (Independent Director) (Independent Director);

Bekenov Zhanbota Temirgaliyevich.
