Eurasian Bank accepts applications for deferral only online

Eurasian Bank has published at the eubank.kz company website an application for a delay in loan repayment due to deterioration of the borrowers’ financial situation in connection with the coronavirus epidemic.
Individuals can get a deferral for cash and consumer loans, PayDA installments cards, car loans and mortgages for a period of 3 months.
Legal entities will get a deferral for investment loans and loans issued to finance working capital.
Eurasian Bank accepts applications for deferral from individuals only online: at eubank.kz in the Loans section and further on «Loan Deferral Due to the Emergency State (Coronavirus)» or in the Smartbank app. The Bank notes that it is not required to submit an application both at the website and in the app. Applications will not be accepted at the outlets due to the state of emergency.
Legal entities should send an application delay through Client Bank’s remote service system. Legal entities will also need the Bank form confirming the consequences of a coronavirus. The form will be provided by the Bank manager after the application is submitted through the Client’s Bank remote service system.
Apply for a deferral to the Bank in advance of the loan repayment date, and you can submit an application until 15 June 2020. Applications are considered up to 10 business days.
