Eurasian Bank (the Bank) informs that it plans to introduce cash management technology as a result of successful cooperation with the world leader Fiserv, a provider of technological solutions in the financial sector.

Eurasian Bank is in the process of implementing a number of cash and logistics solutions to provide online supply management and operational monitoring of its customers’ cash needs. This will allow the Bank to create a single tool for tracking cash flows. When cash is in storage or in a self-service device, it is passive, and passivity becomes the cause of costs, because this money cannot be used for other purposes, for example, to finance loans. With the help of Fiserv technology, it will be possible to accurately predict customers’ cash needs through ATMs and Branch network.

We consider the implementation of this technology to be an important customer-oriented step in servicing our growing customer base. It is also important that the possibility to optimize the level of cash flow in our branches and self-service devices will reduce overall costs.
