Eurasian Bank launched a new service for checking developers in its Smartbank mobile app. This solution allows customers to quickly and conveniently verify the legality of housing construction, having received all the necessary information in just a few minutes.

The service was developed in collaboration with the Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) and is available in the Public Services section of the app. In order to check the developer, it is enough to take two simple steps:

1. Open the Smartbank app and go to the Public Services section on the Main Page.

2. Click on the Developer Check and enter the BIN or the name of the construction company.

After that, you will receive full information about the developer, including:

• The availability of a guarantee of the housing and communal services or the permission of the Akimat Office.
• A list of all the developer’s facilities.
• Addresses, construction dates, and the status of the facilities (under construction or completed).

Alisher Yelyubayev, Managing Director of the Information Technology Block of Eurasian Bank, stressed that this service helps real estate buyers make informed decisions, minimizing risks and increasing transparency in the market.

Now, with the help of the Public Services in the Smartbank app, each customer can easily and safely verify the developer, which greatly simplifies the process of buying real estate.
