As part of the expansion of communication channels with the population, the Fund concluded a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation with Eurasian Bank on the creation of services in the Bank mobile application to get CSHI information.
Each Eurasian Bank client has access to view the status in the CSHI system, information about the regularity of payments. The required technical works are performed by the 2024-year end.
“Today, the Fund is doing extensive work not only to involve uninsured Kazakhstanis in the CSHI system, but also takes care of those who are already insured and get medical services. We are expanding feedback channels in order to raise awareness of citizens about their rights to get medical care in the CSHI system,” said Sabina Bektubayeva, Director of Work with Legal Entities and individuals at SHIF NCJSC.
The signing of the Memorandum with Eurasian Bank is aimed at expanding the availability of CSHI information for the Bank customers. In the long term, in order to take care of the patient and prevent the loss of the “insured” status in the CSHI system, the issue of receiving advance notification by the Bank customers about the absence of receipt of regular monthly payments to the CSHI is being worked out.

This is part of our mission – to create positive changes and take care of the well-being of customers through modern technological solutions,” said Lyazzat Satiyeva, CEO of Eurasian Bank.
We note that as of today, the functionality for viewing the status of the CSHI is already available in the applications of 3 banks — Kaspi Bank JSC, Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Bank CenterCredit JSC.
