The reputable international publication Global Finance has named the Top Financial Innovations as part of the Innovators Awards for 2024. Eurasian Bank was awarded in the Best Use of AI to Monitor Funds category.

The digital solution developed by the Bank, together with the Kazakhstan Housing Company, allows ensuring the safety and targeted use of equity holders’ funds, monitoring each phase of housing construction in real time, identifying any deviations of the project from the construction plan. Additionally, the digital product can generate predictive analytics on changes in the timing of construction and installation work, commissioning of the facility, and also provide access to the necessary documents.
