— Global Finance for the second year in a row selected Eurasian Bank as the Best Sub – custodian Bank in Kazakhstan 2022 within the framework of the annual ranking of World’s Best Banks Awards, it is reported on the its website.
The criteria included customer relations, quality of service, competitive pricing, smooth handling of exception items, technology platforms, post-settlement operations, business continuity plans and knowledge of local regulations and practices.
“The pandemic accelerated the pace of digitization for Sub-custodians and these banks continue to adapt to in order to provide top-notch securities services to their global clients,” said Joseph D. Giarraputo, publisher and editorial director of Global Finance.

Yerlanbek Kappar, Chief Treasurer, Deputy CEO of Eurasian Bank informed that in 2021, the number of customers in custodial services increased 3.3 times, the number of transactions in the domestic and international markets increased 3.8 times.
Eurasian Bank has been operating since 1999 and offers services to investment funds, brokerage companies, management companies with individual and corporate assets.
