New Member of Eurasian Bank Management Board Elected

By the decision of the Eurasian Bank Board of Directors, Lyazzat Adylovna Satiyeva was elected as a new member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Bank Management Board, who will supervise the Corporate and SME Block from 7 September.
Lyazzat Adylovna has many years of experience in the banking sector. Prior to joining Eurasian Bank, she held the position of Managing Director at ForteBank. Previously, for 10 years, she successfully managed the SME financing in Kazkommertsbank. As Deputy Chairman of BTA Bank, she participated in the BTA Bank and Kazkommertsbank integration project.
Lyazzat Satiyeva graduated from the International Academy of Business with an MBA, and Pavlodar State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
She was awarded the 20 Years of Tenge government medal and the Honored Financier public order.
The Eurasian Bank Board of Directors prematurely terminated the powers of Member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Bank Management Board Shukhrat Abdirasulovich Sadyrov from 15 October.
The Bank Board of Directors also set the number of members of the Eurasian Bank Management Board at 7 since 7 September.
