Eurasian Bank informs that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market completed the approval process of Lyazzat Satiyeva as the head of Eurasian Bank. Based on the results of the resolution received by the Bank, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank elected Lyazzat Adylovna Satiyeva as the Chairperson of the Bank’s Management Board on 27 October.
The composition of the executive body of Eurasian Bank was approved in the number of 6 people.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Aleksandr Mashkevich wished Lyazzat Satiyeva successful work as the head of the Bank. “The Bank needs a qualitative breakthrough to meet the requirements of the time and the needs of our customers,” he said.
Lyazzat Satiyeva over the years led the direction of financing small and medium-sized businesses in Fortebank, Kazkommertsbank. Participated in the integration project of BTA Bank and Kazkommertsbank as Deputy Chairperson of BTA Bank.
Since 2020, she has held the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board at Eurasian Bank, overseeing corporate business and SME development.
She has an MBA degree from the International Academy of Business and a diploma from Pavlodar State University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
She was awarded The 20 Years of Tenge, To the 25th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan government medals and the Honored Financier public order.
