By the end of 2025, the financial result of Eurasian Bank was formed under the influence of estimated expenses and a slight reduction in assets. At the same time, the Bank maintains a high level of capital adequacy, significantly exceeding the requirements of the regulator.

The decrease in net profit is due to the reflection at the end of the year of one-time expenses related to the implementation of planned strategic, regulatory and organizational decisions.

The structure of these expenses takes into account:

• reduction of the discount associated with the early partial repayment of government support in the amount of 30 bln tenge;
• recalculation of corporate income tax on transactions previously exempt from taxation;
• expenses related to the termination of the subsidiary Bank’s activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Bank’s net expenses for covering risks in lending to customers in 2025 amounted to 73 bln tenge, an increase of 1 bln tenge compared to 2024.

As of the reporting date:

• the Bank’s assets amounted to KZT 3,026 bln;
• net profit – 16.4 bln tenge;
• NPL level – less than 3.8%;
• regulatory equity – 503 bln tenge;
• capital adequacy of the first level is 19%, capital adequacy of the second level is 24.9%, both indicators exceed the requirements of the regulator by a significant margin.

CEO of Eurasian Bank Lyazzat Satiyeva noted, “All expenses that affected the financial result of the reporting year were foreseen in advance and included in the financial plan. The Bank consistently implemented solutions aimed at long-term sustainability and structural development. The past year was difficult for business, but at the same time interesting and eventful in terms of strategic and managerial tasks, and the launch of unique products. The Bank entered the New Year with a solid operational base, stable performance, and clear priorities for further development.”
