Treasury Managing Director Elected as New Member of Eurasian Bank Management Board
The Bank Management Board expanded to 7 members
By the decision of the Eurasian Bank Board of Directors, Yerlanbek Kappar, Bank Treasury Managing Director, was elected as a new member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the Bank Management Board from 23 June 2021.
In his new position, Mr. Kappar Ye. Zh. supervises the Treasury Transaction Block, including international relations, debenture and share stock issuance, and the Custodial Transaction Unit.
Yerlanbek Kappar is 37 years old, started his career in the banking sector in 2005. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in various areas of banking, including retail business, SME, and collateral evaluation. Over the past 10 years, he has managed the treasury subdivisions in a number of Kazakhstan banks.
Graduated from the Almaty State University named after Abay with a degree in Finance and Banking.
