We share an important decision taken by the Bank after recent natural disasters — floods in a number of regions of the country, which entailed serious consequences for Kazakhstanis: many people lost their homes, property, livestock, and found themselves in an extremely difficult situation.

Taking into account these circumstances and feeling our social responsibility, we decided to review our festive anniversary program for the 30th anniversary of Eurasian Bank and related marketing campaigns and redirect resources to support victims and help those in need.

From 18 April, the Bank suspends the With love, Eurasian anniversary promotion, which provided customers with 30% bonuses for purchases on the 26th of each month. The decision was difficult to make, because we saw how much the promotion was loved by customers.  However, we are confident that customers support the Bank’s wish to make the maximum contribution to helping those who are in a difficult situation.

At the same time, we note that the Bank’s standard bonus program continues to operate in full and it remains one of the best on the market.

The Bank will mark the 30th anniversary of its operations with various social and charitable actions, useful deeds, which will have a more significant and positive effect for the country and society.

Currently, the Bank has transferred 450 million tenge to support residents and eliminate the consequences of floods, and also provides deferrals on loans to affected borrowers. The Bank employees themselves take an active part in flood prevention activities.
