The Aktobe Region continues to issue keys to Kazakhstanis who lost their homes as a result of floods. Another 19 families became new settlers in the Uil Village of in the Uil District and 51 families in the Irgiz Village of the Irgiz District. The houses were built with funds allocated by the founding shareholders of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) and Eurasian Bank – more than 40 billion tenge.

In general, the assistance of ERG and Eurasian Bank was directed to the Uil District to the construction of 172 houses in the villages of Uil, Karatal, Akkemer, Kemer, Akzhar and Bestamak. In Irgiz district, 120 houses are being built and repaired for flood victims in the villages of Irgiz, Nura and Mamyr. Funds were also allocated for the purchase and repair of housing in Mugalzhar, Kobda, Temir, Uil and Irgiz Districts, in the city of Aktobe.

“Today we gathered to present new houses to families affected by the flood. As you know, earlier, as part of the restoration work in the area, houses in the Saralzhy Rural District were put into operation. In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, all work is performed on time. I would like to note that in the construction of housing, special attention is paid to quality to ensure the comfort and safety of our fellow countrymen,” said Askar Kazybayev, Akim of the Uil District.

Financing is provided through the Kamkor-Aktobe 2024 Fund. Construction is in full swing.

“On behalf of the Head of State, the necessary assistance is provided to families affected by floods in the Aktobe Region. We have bought apartments in the primary and secondary markets, and are also building 500 residential buildings.  We express our gratitude to the major companies and entrepreneurs of the country who provide sponsorship support in providing housing for victims of the natural disaster. Today we are handing over the keys to the 51 houses in the Irgiz Village. I sincerely congratulate the new settlers. May your homes be filled with prosperity!”, said Asylbek Yesenbayev, Deputy Akim of the Region.

“ERG and Eurasian Bank have been developing and living together with the country for 30 years. Our mission is to create positive change and ensure the prosperity of those who rely on us. Therefore, the Eurasians could not stay away from the problems faced by residents of our native regions, where our enterprises are located. And today we are happy that the victims of the disaster have received the keys to new housing,” said Shukhrat Ibragimov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ERG and Member of the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank.

The assistance also includes the construction of 375 houses in the West Kazakhstan Region, repair and purchase of housing in Uralsk. In the Kostanay Region, funds are allocated for the purchase, repair and purchase of housing.
