Eurasian Bank informs that the information disseminated in social networks about the alleged write-off of loan debt in the Bank does not correspond to reality.

The Bank strongly recommends that clients do not contact intermediaries and do not trust false information disseminated from unofficial sources.

Up-to-date and reliable information on the mechanisms of settlement of overdue debts is posted:

• on the official website and in the official accounts of Eurasian Bank in social networks;
• on the website and in the official accounts of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market in social networks, including in the How to Settle Overdue Debt? section.

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, there is a single legally established mechanism for interaction between banks and borrowers, aimed at reducing the debt burden. Debt settlement is performed when the borrower directly applies to the Bank. Submitting an application for restructuring does not require the participation of third parties.

The borrower independently submits an application for the settlement of the loan debt with the attachment of supporting documents.
